蛋白质Z是近年来新发现的一种维生素K依赖性糖蛋白,它作为蛋白质Z依赖的蛋白酶抑制剂(ZPI)的辅因子,能提高ZPI抑制凝血因子Xa的活性,在出血及血栓性疾病中发挥双向调节作用,是国内外学者近年来研究出血、血栓性疾病的热点。研究发现,蛋白质Z及ZPI与其基因多态性在血栓性疾病、肿瘤、免疫性疾病、妇产科疾病等疾病中起着重要的生物学作用。

Protein Z (PZ),which discovered in recent years,is a vitamin K-dependent glycopro-tein. It also is one of the hot issues for scholars around the world,which can promote the ability of protein Z-dependent protease inhibitor (ZPI)to suppress the activity of factor Xa and bidirectionally regulate the disease of bleeding and thrombosis as the cofactor of ZPI. It is demonstrated that PZ and ZPI as well as the polymor-phism of them play an important biological role in thrombotic diseases,cancer,autoimmune diseases,disorders and other diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.
