UII well measurement IS an important process for OllIleld proauctlon. The status of single-well metering technology, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their application fields are introduced. A single-well single tank metering control system for low production oil well in Shanbei oilfield is specially designed. The principles, functions, design contents of software and hardware of the system are described. The system is accurate in measurement, reliable in running, and easy in operation. It plays an important role in oilfield production of Shanbei oilfield.
