研究pH4.8的HAc-NaAe缓冲体系中。用Mn(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化藏红T和甲基绿褪色的指示反应,通过测量波长在520nm和632nm条件下。催化体系与非催化体系吸光度的变化和Mn(Ⅱ)浓度的线性关系,建立双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰的又一新方法。方法的线性范围是0.0100μg/25mL-0.0900μg/25mL,检出限是3.0×10^-10g/mL。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性好,用于茶叶中痕量锰的测定,能达到满意的结果。

Abstract: A new dual-wavelength and dual-indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ) is studied. The method is based on the catalyzing effect of manganese on oxidate discoloring reaction of safranineT and methyl green by KIO4 in the buffer media of HAc- NaAc at pH 4.8. The absorbances in catalytic and uncatalytic systems were measured at 520 nm and 632 nm. The linear range of detemination of manganese(Ⅱ) is 0.0100 μg/25mL-0.090 0μg/25mL. The detection limit is 3.0 × 10^-10 g/mL. The method has been used to the determination of trace manganese in tea and the results with satisfactory.
