制备盐酸甲氧氯普胺海藻酸钙凝胶微球并考察不同因素影响下的释药性.采用滴制法制备盐酸甲氧氯普胺海藻酸钙凝胶微球,海藻酸浓度为2%,氯化钙浓度为1%,载药微球在酸性环境中具有良好的缓释效果,缓释时间能持续8h.盐酸甲氧氯普胺海藻酸钙缓释凝胶微球具有良好的应用前景.
製備鹽痠甲氧氯普胺海藻痠鈣凝膠微毬併攷察不同因素影響下的釋藥性.採用滴製法製備鹽痠甲氧氯普胺海藻痠鈣凝膠微毬,海藻痠濃度為2%,氯化鈣濃度為1%,載藥微毬在痠性環境中具有良好的緩釋效果,緩釋時間能持續8h.鹽痠甲氧氯普胺海藻痠鈣緩釋凝膠微毬具有良好的應用前景.

The purpose of this research is to study the Ca-alginate Gel Beads loading Metoclopramide with time in drug release.The drug-loading microspheres was prepared by dipping method.The alginate concentration was 2% and calcium chloride was 1%.The medicine-microsphere in acidic environment has good effect,slow release time can continue 8 h.the Ca-alginate Gel Beads loading Metoclopramide has good application prospect.
