Counselors staff,as the key element to the ideological and political education on college students,is facing with a serious problem of ＂easy employment,but easy job hopping＂.That is,most of the counselors won＇t take this job for a long time,but always change their jobs sooner or later.The problem has seriously influenced the quality and progress of the ideological and political education on college students,which has led to counselors＇ low social and professional reputations,and has affected teachers＇ professional orientation.It is feasible to establish counselors＇ professional guidance system,which will be important to remain stable counselor staff.
