医学职业精神是医生从事医学实践的内在精神支持系统，培养医学生的医学职业精神应以认知生命关怀为教育理念、体悟仁爱为教育核心内容。新形势下，医学生的职业精神塑成路径可以从重塑敬畏生命信念、强化理论知识的内化、践行延展性教育规律以及实施医学职业精神教评一体化来着手。

Medical occupation spirit is the inner spirit support system of doctor in medical practice. The core content is life care and benevolence in cultivating medical students’occupation spirit.
