通过热重分析仪(TG)研究了聚丙烯催化剂载体、橡胶及橡胶制品和组成复杂材料的热解性能,实验结果表明,选择合适的温度、升温速率和样品测定气氛,就可以测定聚合物配方中的主要成分。采用TG法可在短时间内得到混合物各组分的近似含量,有助于在未知材料剖析中组成的推断和生产中对聚合物组分的检测。

Pyrolysis of polypropylene catalyst carrier, rubber, rubber products and complex material was studied by thermogravimetric(TG)analysis, the experimental results showed that the main composition of the polymer can be quantitatively measured by choosing the appro- priate temperature, heating rate and measuring atmosphere. Approximate analysis results of components in the mixture were obtained by TG in a short time, it was supposed to be help- ful for inferring unknow material and determing components of polymer.
