以油气田含硫钻井废水为研究对象,对含硫钻井废水的处理进行了分析研究,采用化学混凝-超声复合臭氧深度催化氧化(US/O3/TiO2)二级处理工艺。通过对经过化学混凝预处理的废水进行深度氧化处理,使处理后含硫废水CODCr为76.4mg/L,S。含量为0.56mg/L,达到国家综合污水一级排放标准(GB8978—1996)。

This paper studied oilfield sulfur-bearing waste water, and analyzed the technology of treating the waste water The two stage technology of flocculation-US/O3/TiO2 was applied to treat oilfield sulfur-bearing waste water. The waste water was pretreated by chemical floc- culant, and the pretreated waste water was deep oxidized by US/O3/TiO2. The experimental results showed the CODCr of discharged water was 76.4 mg/L, and the S2- was 0.56 mg/L,both of the two indices could meet the national standard of GB8978-1996.
