By analyzing the radiant energy distributing of incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, HID lamps (including high pressure sodium lamps, high pressure mercury lamps and many kinds of metal halide lamps) and low pressure sodium lamps and analyzing the LED light source characteristics, the article presents the energy balances and energy relationship of lamps, and figures out that we should pay more attention on lighted objects during the luminaire thermal test.
