山东中医药大学坚持把以文化人作为立德树人的“灵魂工程”，将齐鲁文化、中医文化、现代科学文化和大学自身文化等具有鲜明特色的优秀文化纳入立德树人工作体系，以中医文化课程群为核心，以中医药文化研究为重点，以学校老一辈专家学者治学思想和成长经验作为基础，以齐鲁文化与中医文化融合为特色，以特色品牌文化活动为载体，构筑起以文化人体系，推动学校立德树人工作。

The Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has taken cultivating talents with culture as soul engineering in moral composition and talent rearing. TCM culture, modern science culture and self-culture of the university were brought into the system of moral composition and talent rearing. The system takes TCM cultural courses as core, TCM cultural research as key, old-generation experts’scholarship and experience as basis, integration of Qilu culture and TCM culture as feature and brand feature cultural activities as carrier for constructing the system of cultivating talents with culture and improving moral composition and talent rearing.
