移动电视、卫星电视、网络电视的发展，正在瓜分广电数字电视受众份额，对依靠基本月租费为主营收入的广电网络来说前景并不乐观。随着互联网宽带接入的普及，网络电视的快捷、主动、互动性正受到年轻一代的青睐。发展智能化机顸盒和广电互联网宽带的受众，是保持广电网络良性运作的重要途径。

The fast-developing mobile TV, broardcast satellite TV and web TV are now dividing the audience share of the digital broadcast TV, which throws a shadow on the prospect of the broadcast TV network whose profits rely mainly on the audiences' basic monthly fee. Due to the popular broadband based access to the Inter- net, the younger generation is satisfied with the fast and active interaction with web TV. Effort on exploring intelligent digital TV set-top box and the audience of the broadcast TV broadband seems of huge importance in keeping benign operation of the broadcast TV network.
