在采出水处理过程中,伴随着大量含油污泥及杂质产生,严重影响了系统运行及回注水质。针对传统水处理工艺模式下泥、水分离不彻底,处理后回注水质不迭标的问题,采油三厂积极探索,先后开展各项水处理新工艺的试验研究,同时不断完善各污泥处理工艺环节,并通过对上游沉降分离及后端污泥处理工艺的研究,寻找出适合与采油三厂目前开发的含油污泥处理工艺。
在採齣水處理過程中,伴隨著大量含油汙泥及雜質產生,嚴重影響瞭繫統運行及迴註水質。針對傳統水處理工藝模式下泥、水分離不徹底,處理後迴註水質不迭標的問題,採油三廠積極探索,先後開展各項水處理新工藝的試驗研究,同時不斷完善各汙泥處理工藝環節,併通過對上遊沉降分離及後耑汙泥處理工藝的研究,尋找齣適閤與採油三廠目前開髮的含油汙泥處理工藝。

A large amount of oil sludge and impurities come out during the produced water treatment process, which seriously affect the system operation and the quality of injected wa- ter. The traditional water treatment technology couldn't separate mud and water complete- ly, which affects the quality of injected water. To solve this problem, the third oil- exploita- tion company launched the new water treatment technology research, and constantly improve the sludge treatment process, and carry out the research of upstream Sedimentation separa- tion and sludge treatment technology, finally find out the best oily sludge treatment technolo- gy fitting for the current development of this company.
