目的:对抑郁症首次发病的患者的内皮祖细胞数量和功能变化进行初步研究。方法:根据国际疾病分类第十次修订本首发重性抑郁症的诊断标准判断中年抑郁症患者20例是否合格,结果表明,24项HAMD抑郁量表评分>35分,定为观察组。选择正常志愿者20例,判断24项HAMD抑郁量表,评分<8分,要求志愿者的性别、年龄、受教育程度均与观察组相当,设为对照组。分离外周血内皮祖细胞并进行体外培养,对于EPC生长情况进行观察和记录,通过分析多项指标分析EPC各项,判断具有分化为内皮细胞的特性,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组外周血EPC细胞数量和细胞增殖率低于对照组,观察组血清白细胞介素水平超过对照组,超敏反应蛋白水平高于对照组,两个数据差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);(2)Spearman相关分析显示,患者组IL-6和TNF-d水平与循环EPCs的数量和增殖率呈负相关(均P<0.05);(3)多元线性逐步回归分析显示,HAMD总分和IL-6水平是循环EPC数量的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症首次发病患者EPC数量减少,从而证明内皮祖细胞数量减少、功能减退。

목적:대억욱증수차발병적환자적내피조세포수량화공능변화진행초보연구。방법:근거국제질병분류제십차수정본수발중성억욱증적진단표준판단중년억욱증환자20례시부합격,결과표명,24항HAMD억욱량표평분>35분,정위관찰조。선택정상지원자20례,판단24항HAMD억욱량표,평분<8분,요구지원자적성별、년령、수교육정도균여관찰조상당,설위대조조。분리외주혈내피조세포병진행체외배양,대우EPC생장정황진행관찰화기록,통과분석다항지표분석EPC각항,판단구유분화위내피세포적특성,진행통계학분석。결과:관찰조외주혈EPC세포수량화세포증식솔저우대조조,관찰조혈청백세포개소수평초과대조조,초민반응단백수평고우대조조,량개수거차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.05);(2)Spearman상관분석현시,환자조IL-6화TNF-d수평여순배EPCs적수량화증식솔정부상관(균P<0.05);(3)다원선성축보회귀분석현시,HAMD총분화IL-6수평시순배EPC수량적독립영향인소(균P<0.05)。결론:억욱증수차발병환자EPC수량감소,종이증명내피조세포수량감소、공능감퇴。
changes in the number and function of endothelial progenitor cells in patients with first onset of depression were studied. Methods: The revised according to the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth diagnostic criteria for major depression of the first judgment of 20 patients aged depression is qualified, the results showed that 24 HAMD depression scale score > 35 points, as the observation group. Choose healthy volunteers, 20 cases judged 24 HAMD depression scale, score <8 points, requiring volunteers gender, age, educational level and the observation group were quite, as the control group. Peripheral blood progenitor cells isolated and cultured in vitro for EPC growth were observed and recorded, analyzed a number of indicators by analyzing the EPC to determine the characteristics differentiate into endothelial cells, were statistically analyzed. Results: The number of peripheral blood EPC cells and cell proliferation rate than the control group, serum interleukin observation group than in the control group levels, hypersensitivity higher protein levels, two data differences were statistically significant (both P <0. 05);(2) Spearman correlation analysis showed that patients IL -6 and TNF - d levels and the number of circulating EPCs and the proliferation rate was negatively correlated (all P <0. 05); (3) Multiple linear Stepwise regression analysis showed that, HAMD total score and IL -6 levels were independent predictors of the number of circulating EPC (all P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The number of EPC first onset of depression in patients with reduced, thereby reducing the number of permits Mingneipizu cell dysfunction.
