目的:探讨手足口病患儿心肌酶谱和全血细胞计数变化。方法从本院抽样选取手足口病患儿60例作为研究对象,设为观察组,选取同期健康小儿60例作为对照组。对比两组小儿血清AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH与CBC含量变化。结果两组小儿的中性粒细胞、嗜碱细胞、嗜酸细胞计数含量并无显著区别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是观察组患儿的白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞计数含量却明显升高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH含量明显升高,相比对照组健康小儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱和全血细胞计数变化对于手足口病患儿的诊断和预后极具指导价值。

목적:탐토수족구병환인심기매보화전혈세포계수변화。방법종본원추양선취수족구병환인60례작위연구대상,설위관찰조,선취동기건강소인60례작위대조조。대비량조소인혈청AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH여CBC함량변화。결과량조소인적중성립세포、기감세포、기산세포계수함량병무현저구별,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。단시관찰조환인적백세포、림파세포、단핵세포계수함량각명현승고,여대조조상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조환인적AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、HBDH함량명현승고,상비대조조건강소인,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론심기매보화전혈세포계수변화대우수족구병환인적진단화예후겁구지도개치。
Objective To study change of myocardial enzyme spectrum and complete blood count of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 60 children with hand, foot and mouth disease were selected by sampling as the research objects, and set as observation group. 60 healthy children were selected as control group at the same period. Serum AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, HBDH and CBC content changes of children of two groups were compared. Results Neutrophils, basophil, acidophil counting contents of children of two groups were of no significant difference, and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). But count contents of white blood cells, lymphatic lymph and mononuclear cell in observation group increased significantly, and compared with control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, HBDH levels in observation group increased significantly, compared with healthy children in control group, and difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Change of myocardial enzyme spectrum and complete blood count have extreme guidance value for the diagnosis and prognosis of children with hand, foot and mouth disease.
