The article describes the basic principles of crosstalk and SSN, and introduces the impact on crosstalk and SSN. It also puts forward the solution by using the design and simulation tools from sigrity Co., which is used for the reducing crosstalk via reduced the dielectric thickness between the wiring layer and reference layer ,and by adding decoupling capacitors to the SSN to minimize the impact on the drive voltage and ground bounce with actual examples.
