建立采用微波方法消解鸡蛋.等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)同时测定样品中微量元素的方法。研究结果显示:在优化条件下,该法测定精度高.备元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.3455%~1.8421%之间,加标回收率为95.0%-112.0%,具有消解用试剂消耗少、操作简单、检测速度快,多元素同时测定,减少环境污染等优点。

A method for the analysis of trace elements in eggs by inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometric with microwave sample digestion was developed. The addition recoveries of the method for these elements were between and 95.0%-112.0% , and relative standard deviation (RSD, n=12) is in the rang of 0.3455%-1. 8421%. According to the results, the method is superprecision, few interference, convenient and rapid in detection of trace elements in the eggs.
