A total of 120 growing rabbits on 40 day of age were randomly selected with the average body weight probably of 1.28 ± 0.28 kg. They were allocated into four groups (A, B, C, D) with each group containing 30 individuals. Four diets were designed with different crude fibre levels of10%, 11%, 12% and 13%, all of them were applied to A, B, C, and D groups, respectively. The indexes of daily weight gain (DWG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), diarrhea ratio (DR), and economic gain (EG) were evaluated. The results showed that A group has the highest DWG (27.78 ± 3.85 g), which gradually decreased along with the increased crude fibre levels (p 〈 0.05). The lowest and highest FCR were detected in groups A (3.81) and D (4.26). The high crude fibre level would alleviate diarrhea ratio. Among the four groups, the highest economic gain was detected in group C. These results would suggest that the proper level of dietary crude fibre is 12%.
