本文采用气相色谱法测定氟硅唑的含量,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物,采用丙酮溶解,使用HP-1,30mm×0.53mm×0.25μm熔融石英毛细管-柱和氢火焰检测器,对试样进行气相色谱分离和测定。本方法的标准偏差为0.10。变异系数为0.49%,平均回收率为99.81%,线性相关系数为0.9992。

The content of flusilazole was determined by GC, with diamyl phthalate as internal standard, dissolved with acetone, and using HP-1, 30m×0.53mm×0.25um, fused silica capillary column and hydrogen flame detector to separate and determinate the specimen. The experimental results showed that this method was rapid and accurate, and so on, and the reproducibility, stability, separation efficiency can meet the testing requirements of the product. So it was an ideal analysis method. In this method, the standard deviation was 0.10, variation coefficient was 0.49%, the average recovery was 99.81%, and the linear correlation coefficients was 0.999 2.
