建立了水样品中氟蚁腙残留的超高效液相色谱一串联质谱检测方法。水样品用正己烷和丙酮的混合溶液提取,用UPLC—MS/MS测定。氟蚁腙在水中的平均回收率和RSD分别为91.8-93.2%和2.78-6.02%。该检测方法具有灵敏度高、快速、操作简单等特点,并可用于水样品中氟蚁腙的检测。

The analysis method of hydramethylnon in water was established using UPLC-MS/MS. The water sample were extracted by the mixture of hexane and acetone then determined by UPLC-MS/MS. The average recoveries rate and RSD of hydramethylnon in water were 91.8- 93.2% and 2.78-6.02% respectively. The method was sensitive, rapid and simple so that reliable to determine the hydramethylnon residues in water.
