In this article, processing technology on coaxial holes of flat connectors is analyzed in accordance with the requirements of the parts; and it also focuses on the structural characteristics of the mold, working principles and methods of operation. The success of application and launch of this mold in this factory has made a breakthrough in analogous parts processing during which the past methods just applied punching instead of machining. Hence, this die structure has been widely used in processing of such parts.
