随着高强度钢板在汽车车身中得到越来越广泛的应用,如何通过数值模拟准确预测冲压件的回弹显得日益重要。本文应用冲压成形有限元分析软件JSTAMP/NV中针对高强度钢板的回弹预测的材料本构关系Y—U模型,对某汽车车身制件进行了冲压成形分析及回弹预测,其回弹量与实验现场所得扫描数据相一致,与企业提供的同类软件的计算结果相比较,具有明显的优势。
隨著高彊度鋼闆在汽車車身中得到越來越廣汎的應用,如何通過數值模擬準確預測遲壓件的迴彈顯得日益重要。本文應用遲壓成形有限元分析軟件JSTAMP/NV中針對高彊度鋼闆的迴彈預測的材料本構關繫Y—U模型,對某汽車車身製件進行瞭遲壓成形分析及迴彈預測,其迴彈量與實驗現場所得掃描數據相一緻,與企業提供的同類軟件的計算結果相比較,具有明顯的優勢。

High-strength steel is now widely used in the automotive industry which leads to the springback problem of automotive stampings. In this article, forming and springback of an automotive component were predicted using JSTAMP/NV which supplies the material constitutive relation Y-U model for high-strength steel. The springback value was consistent with the experimental result exactly. Also, it has the obvious advantage compared to the results of similar software supplied by the manufacturer.
