The candida lipolytica CGMCC2. 2088 was choosed as starting strain, and studied the strain obtained after strain breeding. We optimized the fermentation medium and culture condition: the optimum fermentation tempera- ture is 32℃, the dissolved oxygen is controled to 30% in exponential phase, and the dissolved oxygen is controlled to 20% in the fermentation period. The content of sugar alcohol is up to 181.6 g / L in the optimized fermentation condi- tions.
