针对大容量四角切圆燃煤锅炉普遍存在的烟气侧速度与温度偏差以及过热器的汽温偏差,对北疆电厂1000MW锅炉实测运行数据进行了分析,并对炉膛流场进行了模拟.结果表明:由于四角切圆锅炉炉膛上部残余旋转导致气流在屏区左右两侧形成流动差异,在折焰角前后两侧汽温偏差的分布规律截然不同.通过对电厂锅炉后屏过热器与末级过热器之间管道布置形式的调整(由交叉改为平行),使两级受热面的吸热偏差相互抵消,从而提高减温器的调节性能.
針對大容量四角切圓燃煤鍋爐普遍存在的煙氣側速度與溫度偏差以及過熱器的汽溫偏差,對北疆電廠1000MW鍋爐實測運行數據進行瞭分析,併對爐膛流場進行瞭模擬.結果錶明:由于四角切圓鍋爐爐膛上部殘餘鏇轉導緻氣流在屏區左右兩側形成流動差異,在摺燄角前後兩側汽溫偏差的分佈規律截然不同.通過對電廠鍋爐後屏過熱器與末級過熱器之間管道佈置形式的調整(由交扠改為平行),使兩級受熱麵的吸熱偏差相互牴消,從而提高減溫器的調節性能.

To solve the unbalance problems of gas velocity and temperature distribution and the steam temperature deviation of superheater, frequently existing in large tangential firing boilers, an analysis has been performed on actual operation data of a 1 000 MW boiler in Beijiang Power Plant, while a simulation carried out on the in-furnace flow field. Results show that the gas flow fields are different at both sides of screen tubes due to the residual rotation existing in upper part of the furnace, and the steam temperatures near the baffle angle are differently distributed at both sides. By changing the arrangement of pipes between the rear screen superheater and final superheater of boiler (from cross into parallel), the heat absorption deviation between two stages of heating surfaces are offset, which helps to improve the regulation performance of relevant attemperators.
