由于日置公司生产的钳式功率计(3169)功能强、精度高,多年来在我国各油田得到了广泛地应用。但是,该仪器在抽油机电动机测试中也存在着一些问题,比如有功功率显示不完备、功率因数测试不准确等。本文分析了这些问题出现的原因,并针对这些问题提出了弥补措施,旨在提高油田节能测试的准确性。

CLAMP ON POWER HITESTER (3169) produced by HIOKI has been widely applied over years in the oil fields in China because of powerful performance and high accuracy. But there are some problems in motor test of pumping unit For example, the active pOwer display is incomplete and the test for power factor is not accurate, this paper analyses the causes of these problems and proposes solutions to these problems to make the test of saving energy in oil fields more accurate.
