针对传统电流互感器测量小电流精度低、线性度差、绝缘结构复杂、容易磁饱和等缺点,研制了一套用于测量变压器接地电阻电流的电子式电流互感器,能够在较大电流范围内保证极高的测量精度。采用激光供电的方式,利用霍尔传感器作为传感头,经过信号调理、A/D转换、电光转换,由光纤将一次电流信息传输到低电位端进行信号处理。测试结果表明,设计的电子式电流互感器符合GB/T20840.8—2007要求,满足电力系统测量准确度0.2级和保护准确度5P的要求。

A kind of electronic current transformer for measuring the current flowing through power transformers' ground resistance of is designed to overcome the disadvantage of low accurancy, linearity sent, complex insulation structure, easily magnetic saturated existing in traditional current transformers. It has a high accurancy over a wide current range. The high voltage side is laser powered and Hallelement is used for sensing, signal of primary current is transmitted to low voltage side to process after modulation, analog to digital converting and electrical to optical converting. The accuracy test results showed that the transformer could satisfy the requirement of GB/T 20840.8-2007 and the measurement accurancy could reach class 0.2/5E
