利用凯氏定氮仪与全玻璃蒸馏法的原理相似之处,将凯氏定氮仪应用于明胶中二氧化硫的测定。此法大大缩短了蒸馏时间,提高了检测效率。方法精确度和准确度均符合要求,相对标准偏差为1.69%~2.05%,加标回收率在87.5%~107.4%,实验效果令人满意。与全玻璃蒸馏法相比较,结果并无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。

The Kjeldahl’s apparaus was applied to the determination of sulfur dioxide in gelatine due to the similar principle between Kjeldahl’s apparaus and glass distiller.The distilling time was shortened obviously and the efficiency was enhanced by using this method.And the precision and accuracy of the method can meet the requirements with the relative standard deviation of 1.69 %~2.05 % and the recovery of 87.5 %~107.4 %,the experiment was satisfying.No significant differences were found as compared with glass distiller(P〉0.05).
