通过对潮州近郊农村的实地调查我们发现,当前农村的节能减排与低碳生活意识仍然十分淡薄,日常生活能源与资源的循环利用率十分低下。本次调查反映出的情况,可以为当地政府做出有效决策作参考,从而推进节能减排全民行动,促进农村的绿色环保发展。

Through the field investigation on environmental protection for countryside in Chaozhou,we discover that the utilization rate of circulation on resources and energy in daily life is very low,which is resulted from most villagers are weak of the awareness about energy saving and emission reduction as well as low carbon living.The situation showed up in this investigation can provide a reference for local government decider to make effective decision,so as to advance the national action of energy saving and mitigation of carbon dioxide,and to promote the green environmental development in rural areas.
