为了提高产品质量,降低劳动强度,大力发展连续化自动化的生产线,是民爆产品生产工艺的发展方向。文章从生产实践出发,根据质量控制中过程控制的原则,逐一分解连续化自动化乳化炸药生产线中存在的关键质量控制点,分析影响质量控制的各个控制点主要因素、一般因素及次要因素,并提出相应的对策,为生产实践提供服务。
