β-CD and its erivatives were widely used in the design of the enzyme model compounds.A large number of reactions catalyzed by β-CD and its derivatives were reported,and the catalytic kinetic properties of these model compounds are Michaelis rule.This review will provide a brief summary of the recent research about β-CD model enzymes.
