利用藜芦醛分子结构上的特点,采用亚硫酸氢钠水溶液将藜芦醛溶解入水相,通过甲苯进行酸化萃取,乙醇重结晶,从而达到分离提纯藜芦醛的目的。研究表明,亚硫酸氢钠法提取藜芦醛的反萃取和酸化萃取过程具有良好的选择性和较高的收率,且酸化萃取受pH和藜芦醛浓度影响较大,在5 g/L以下萃取困难。

According to the characteristic reaction,veraldehyde could be stripped by the sodium bisulfite solution,then it could be extracted by butyl acetate under acid circumstance,so that veraldehyde was separated and purified.It was showed that the process of using sodium bisulfi teto extract veraldehyde had high selectivity and yield.The acidifying extraction was influenced deeply by pH value and the concentration of veraldehyde so it was difficult to extract when the concentration was lower than 5 g/L.
