制备了双链和单链DNA修饰的玻碳电极,并且比较了抗坏血酸在裸电极和DNA修饰电极上的电催化性能,同时研究了扫描速度、pH对抗坏血酸在双链DNA修饰电极上的氧化性能的影响,计算了电子转移系数。

In this work,dsDNA and ssDNA-modified glass carbon electrode were prepared,and the electrooxidation behavior of ascorbic acid on DNA-modified electrode was compared with that on the bare electrode.The influence of scanning rates and pH on the electrooxidation of ascorbic acid on dsDNA-modified electrode was investigated in detail,in which the electron transfer coefficient and the electrode reaction were discussed.
