The essay has introduced the software and hardware design of the on-line monitoring system used in the induction motor of pumping unit with speed--sensorless. According to the working characteristics of the induction motor in the pumping unit, the essay has also discussed the analysis of the real-time calculation of the amplitude and phase of the stator flux in the motor by using the method of the real-time data acquisition of three-phase voltage and current in the induction motor of pumping unit, calculation of the three-phase motor active power, reactive power and power factor, referring to the motor parameters. At the same time, the essay put forward the method of real-time acquisition of the electromagnetic torque and speed of the motor, combing with the calculation of the stator current under coordinate transformation.
