导向辊的运动控制,是异型截面化工法兰轧制数值模拟中的关键和难点。以环轧过程中法兰体积不变原则为基础,利用数学软件MATLAB计算了导向辊的运动轨迹。将计算结果导入模拟软件ABAQUS中,对某一内台阶截面化工法兰径向轧制过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,所提出的方法较好地控制了导向辊的运动,轧制过程进行平稳,为进一步研究异型截面法兰轧制提供了参考。
導嚮輥的運動控製,是異型截麵化工法蘭軋製數值模擬中的關鍵和難點。以環軋過程中法蘭體積不變原則為基礎,利用數學軟件MATLAB計算瞭導嚮輥的運動軌跡。將計算結果導入模擬軟件ABAQUS中,對某一內檯階截麵化工法蘭徑嚮軋製過程進行瞭數值模擬。結果錶明,所提齣的方法較好地控製瞭導嚮輥的運動,軋製過程進行平穩,為進一步研究異型截麵法蘭軋製提供瞭參攷。

The kinematic control of guide rollers was a key and difficult point in special - section chemical flange rolling process. Based on the volume invariant principle, the guide rollers'locus was calculated by mathematical software MATLAB, then the data was imported to ABAQUS simulation software, and the radial ring rolling process for a chemical flange with inner step was analyzed. The result showed that the presented method worked well on kinematic control of guide rollers and the rolling process ran steady. The research provided reference for further study on special - section flange rolling.
