A chemical industry park often appeared peculiar smell in the air of chemical industry park, which severe- ly impacted the normal life of nearby residents. The characteristic pollution factors and the main source of the peculiar smell were determined through monitoring the air of chemical industry park by portable fourier transform infrared gas analy- zer. A good result was got at last.
