印染废水具有有机物含量高、色度高、成分复杂、可生化性低、处理难度大等特点。采用混凝沉淀+二级厌氧好氧组合工艺处理南通市某印染公司生产废水,实现了600 m3/d的印染废水达标排放。工程运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定、处理效果好,是一种处理高浓度印染废水行之有效的工艺。

Dyeing wastewater was difficult to treat due to its high concentration of organic matter, high chroma, com- plex component, etc. The technique of flocculation and two - stage hydrolytic acidification - biological contact oxidation was used to process the high strength dyeing wastewater from some dyeing company in Nantong. The treatment system was stable and excellent with a capacity of sewage drainage about 600 ma/d. The sewage drainage can meet the class III of National Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB8978 - 1996). The results of treatment technology showed that it had two advan- tages of high running stability and excellent treatment effect.
