以王水水浴分解后的四个土壤标准物质溶液为标准溶液系列,以氢化物原子荧光法测定土壤中的砷和铋含量,从而得到标准系列中As和Bi的含量与荧光强度之间的线性关系。砷和铋的相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9999。结果表明,此方法能够很好的消除基体效应所带来的干扰,精密度和准确度实验结果满意。

Four soil standard substance solution that was decomposed by waterbath digestion method was used as standard solution series. The bismuth and arsenic in soil were detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) . The linear relationship between the content of As and Bi in the standard substance and the fluorescence intensity was obtained. Relative coefficients were 0. 9995 for As and 0. 9999 for Bi. The results showed that this method can well eliminate the interference caused by the matrix effect and the precision and accuracy were satisfied.
