Weak acid ionization constants for the determination of conventional experimental methods in Experimental Textbooks of Chemistry of University were the pH value method, electric conductivity and visual colorimetry and the recent rise of the potentiometric titration, spectrophotometry, capillary electrophoresis method. A simple comparison of the ad- vantages and disadvantages of each method was carried on, according to the requirements of the system and the accuracy in the actual measurement, a different approach was selected, which provided a theoretical reference for the determination of weak acid ionization constants.
