采用高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定韭菜中12种有机磷农药多残留。样品通过乙腈提取,Sep-pak Carbon NH2固相萃取柱净化,Venusil MP C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾正离子源(ESI+)扫描,多反应监测模式(MRM)测定。结果表明:12种有机磷农药的检出限为0.02~0.60μg/kg,在10.0、20.0、50.0μg/kg 3个加标水平时,平均回收率为70%~95%。

A HPLC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residues in leek .The samples was extracted by acetonitrile ,cleaned up with Sep-pak Carbon NH2 Solid phase extraction column ,the analytes was separated on Venusil MP Cls column, indentified under positive clcetrospray ionization (ESI+) ,multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)mode. The LOD of 12 kinds of organophosp- horus pesticides was in 0.02-0.60 p,g,/kg, the recoveries at three spiked concentration levels of 10.0,20.0 and 50.0 p,g/kg ranged from 70% to 95%.
