为了探讨噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)在池塘养殖生产中的效果,向大宗淡水鱼类混养池泼洒噬菌蛭弧菌,观察养殖池养殖水体的水温、pH值、NH3-N、亚硝酸盐、硫化氢等主要水质指标的变化及鱼的死亡情况。结果表明:蛭弧菌制剂对养殖水体的主要水化指标具有明显的改善作用,试验塘的NH3-N、亚硝酸盐值极显著低于对照塘(p〈0.01),而试验塘与对照塘的硫化氢、pH值差异不显著(P〉0.05)。在鱼病预防方面,蛭弧菌制剂使用后,能有效预防草鱼的赤皮、烂鳃和肠炎病,草鱼的发病率、死亡率明显下降。
為瞭探討噬菌蛭弧菌(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)在池塘養殖生產中的效果,嚮大宗淡水魚類混養池潑灑噬菌蛭弧菌,觀察養殖池養殖水體的水溫、pH值、NH3-N、亞硝痠鹽、硫化氫等主要水質指標的變化及魚的死亡情況。結果錶明:蛭弧菌製劑對養殖水體的主要水化指標具有明顯的改善作用,試驗塘的NH3-N、亞硝痠鹽值極顯著低于對照塘(p〈0.01),而試驗塘與對照塘的硫化氫、pH值差異不顯著(P〉0.05)。在魚病預防方麵,蛭弧菌製劑使用後,能有效預防草魚的赤皮、爛鰓和腸炎病,草魚的髮病率、死亡率明顯下降。
위료탐토서균질호균(Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus)재지당양식생산중적효과,향대종담수어류혼양지발쇄서균질호균,관찰양식지양식수체적수온、pH치、NH3-N、아초산염、류화경등주요수질지표적변화급어적사망정황。결과표명:질호균제제대양식수체적주요수화지표구유명현적개선작용,시험당적NH3-N、아초산염치겁현저저우대조당(p〈0.01),이시험당여대조당적류화경、pH치차이불현저(P〉0.05)。재어병예방방면,질호균제제사용후,능유효예방초어적적피、란새화장염병,초어적발병솔、사망솔명현하강。
The experiment aimed to study the effect of BdeUovibrio bacteriovorus on water quality of pond cuhure.Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus was poured into the four major Chinese carps and carp and auratus mixed cultivation pond,and the changes of the water quality parameter such as water temperature ,pH value, H2S content ,NH3-N and NO2-N content ,and the death numbers of fish were studied.It was demonstrated that the main water quality indexes of the ponds could be remarkably improved by the use of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus.It also helped to accelerate the reduction of the content of NH3-N and NO2-N in the aquaculture water.The NH3-N and NO2-N content in the experimenta groups were dramatically lower than those in the control groups (P〈0.01), but the changes of H2S and pH value were not obvious (p〉0.05).On the aspects of preventing against fish disease,the use of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus helped to effectively prevent the red skin disease,gill disease and enteritis of grass carp.The incidence and mortality rate of grass carp were also reduced.
