以锦州石化公司炼油污水生化处理工艺产生的剩余污泥为研究对象,采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)以及阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)作为化学调理剂,对原污泥和好氧消化污泥进行调理。调理实验结果表明:适宜调理条件下,污泥经CPAM或APAM调理后均可以由较难过滤污泥转变为易过滤污泥。
以錦州石化公司煉油汙水生化處理工藝產生的剩餘汙泥為研究對象,採用暘離子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)以及陰離子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)作為化學調理劑,對原汙泥和好氧消化汙泥進行調理。調理實驗結果錶明:適宜調理條件下,汙泥經CPAM或APAM調理後均可以由較難過濾汙泥轉變為易過濾汙泥。

The surplus activated sludge from the process of the biochemical treatment of refinery wastewater of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation was investigated.Cation polycrylamide(CPAM)and anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)were used as chemical conditioners.The original sludge(OS)and aerobic digestion sludge(ADS)were treated by CPAM and APAM,respectively.The conditioning results indicated that the harder-to-filtration sludge turned into easy-to-filtration sludge when treated by CPAM or APAM under optimal conditions.
