建立了高效液相色谱法-串联质谱法检测南美白对虾中乙氧基喹啉残留的方法。正己烷提取目标分析物,采用C18色谱柱进行分离、质谱进行分析,步骤简单方便。本方法针对南美白对虾肌肉组织的检测下限为5μg/kg,线性范围:5~50μg/kg。3水平添加回收率为80%~90%,相对标准偏差0.53%~2.19%。

A method for analysis of trace ethoxyquin residues in Penaeus vannamei was developed by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Hexane extraction of target analytes,using a C18 column separation,mass spectrometry,the process was simple and convenient.The lower limit of this method was 5 μg/kg,and the linear range was 5~50 μg/kg.The recoveries in three spkied level were in the range of 80%~90%,with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.53%~2.19%.
