在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)存在下,以吡啶作催化剂,将淀粉用乙酸酐进行乙酰化,制备取代度为1.8~2.9的高取代度乙酰化淀粉。研究了溶剂化时间、反应时间以及乙酸酐用量对淀粉取代程度的影响。
在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)存在下,以吡啶作催化劑,將澱粉用乙痠酐進行乙酰化,製備取代度為1.8~2.9的高取代度乙酰化澱粉。研究瞭溶劑化時間、反應時間以及乙痠酐用量對澱粉取代程度的影響。
재N,N-이갑기갑선알(DMF)존재하,이필정작최화제,장정분용을산항진행을선화,제비취대도위1.8~2.9적고취대도을선화정분。연구료용제화시간、반응시간이급을산항용량대정분취대정도적영향。
Starch was acetylated by acetic anhydride in the presence N,N-dimethylformide(DMF),which was used as an activator,and pyridine as a catalyst.And acetylated starch(St-Ac)with Degree of Substitution(DS)about 1.8~2.9 was obtained.The influence of solvating time,reacting time,ratios of reactants on the esterification were studied.
