采用真空间歇精馏技术对对甲基苯乙酮原料进行了分离实验研究,实验结果表明:采用变回流比操作,操作压力不超过5.0 kPa,釜温低于150℃,产品中对甲基苯乙酮的质量分数可达到99%以上,间甲基苯乙酮的质量分数低于0.5%。

The experimental study for purification of p-methyl-acetophenone by vacuum batch distillation was carried out.The optimal operation condition for purification of p-methyl-acetophenone was that the pressure of operation system was less than 5.0 kPa and temperature of the reboiler was less than 145 ℃ with variable reflux ratio.The concentration of the product was up to 99.5%.Meanwhile,the composition of m-methyl-acetophenone was less than 0.5%.
