在制备碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料的过程当中,碳纳米管难以均匀的分散在聚丙烯基体中。要解决碳纳米管的分散性就需要对碳纳米管进行必要的修饰。基于此背景,本论文首先对碳纳米管进行了表面修饰,然后选择马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAH-PP)作为聚合物基体,制备了碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料,研究了碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料的结晶行为。碳纳米管在聚丙烯复合材料中能起到异相成核作用,促使晶粒细化。
在製備碳納米管/聚丙烯複閤材料的過程噹中,碳納米管難以均勻的分散在聚丙烯基體中。要解決碳納米管的分散性就需要對碳納米管進行必要的脩飾。基于此揹景,本論文首先對碳納米管進行瞭錶麵脩飾,然後選擇馬來痠酐接枝聚丙烯(MAH-PP)作為聚閤物基體,製備瞭碳納米管/聚丙烯複閤材料,研究瞭碳納米管/聚丙烯複閤材料的結晶行為。碳納米管在聚丙烯複閤材料中能起到異相成覈作用,促使晶粒細化。

In the process of preparation of carbon nanotube/polypropylene composites,carbon nanotubes cannot be dispersed well in the polypropylene matrix.It was necessary to modificate CNTs to improve the dispersion in the composites.The CNTs was modified firstly,and then using maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAH-PP)as matrix to prepare CNTs/polypropylene composites.Moreover,the crystallization behavior of CNTs/polypropylene composites were investigated.The results indicated that the incorporation of carbon nanotubes in the MAH-PP matrix could enhance the nucleation of PP crystallization and make the size of the spherulites smaller.
