在部队日常训练和执行各种军事任务中,经常需要解决物资、装备和人员的调运问题。如何根据已有交通网,制定调运方案.将这些人员、物资运到各指定地域且总费用最少成为目前急需解决的问题。本文通过分析相关运筹学建模方法,开发了装备信息化管理系统(以下简称系统),实际使用证明通过计算机技术的运用,可以提高装备管理的信息化水平提高物资调配的效率。

There has great demand to solve the problem of allocation of materials, equipment and personnel in the case of the daily training of the troops and performing military tasks. How to solve the issue and develop the distribution program based on the existing transportation network to make these personnel, materials are transported to the designated area and make the total cost minimum is the urgent issue. The article developed the Equipment Information Management system (short for system) through the analysis of relevant operation research modeling approach. It is proved by practical application that computer technology can improve the level of information technology and improve the efficiency of the deployment of goods.
