以二氧化硅负载磷钨酸合成月桂酸乙酯,研究了原料量比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对产品收率的影响.实验结果表明,二氧化硅负载磷钨杂多酸是合成月桂酸乙酯的良好催化剂,在酸醇摩尔比1:5,催化剂用量为酸质量的6.0%,反应温度90℃和反应时间4.0h的条件下,月桂酸乙酯的产率达到80%以上.
以二氧化硅負載燐鎢痠閤成月桂痠乙酯,研究瞭原料量比、催化劑用量、反應溫度和反應時間對產品收率的影響.實驗結果錶明,二氧化硅負載燐鎢雜多痠是閤成月桂痠乙酯的良好催化劑,在痠醇摩爾比1:5,催化劑用量為痠質量的6.0%,反應溫度90℃和反應時間4.0h的條件下,月桂痠乙酯的產率達到80%以上.

Ethyl Laurate was synthesized by using silicon dioxide as catalyst supported on phosphotung- stic acid. The effects of the molar ration of lauric acid to alcohol,mass of catalyst,reaction time and tem- perature on the yield were investigated. Experimental results show that silicon dioxide supported on phosphotungstic acid was an excellent catalyst. The yield was over 80% under optimum condition. The suitable conditions were that molar ratio of laurie acid to alcohol is 1 : 5, amount of catalys is 6.0% of the lauric acid,reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 4.0 h.
