分析了目前全国水利普查台账建设过程中存在的诸如认识与协调不平衡、缺少计量设施、建筑业用水台账建设困难等问题。从台账建设对象取水量计量方面入手,选取多个典型地区,对其在该领域所采取的计量方法进行研究,同时对水利普查台账建设下阶段工作任务提出建议。

The problems of the current national water census in the process of building work such as imbalances between understanding and coordination, lack of metering facilities, problems of ledger construction work of construction and other aspects were analyzed. Several typical regions were selected starting by the calculation for water consumption of ledger construction object, and the measurement methods were studied, meantime, recommendations in the next phase of ledger construction work were proposed.
