Crude Polysaccharide from lentinus edodes%Extraction%Antioxidation
香菇经干燥、粉碎后,过40目筛,得香菇粉末.将粉末用80℃热水浸提8小时后3 000 r/min离心取上清液.旋转蒸发浓缩上清液.浓缩液用95%乙醇醇析24小时后3 000 r/min离心取沉淀物.沉淀物用无水乙醇、乙醚洗涤,干燥后研磨得香菇粗多糖.通过对粗多糖中多糖、蛋白质含量以及粗多糖抗氧化能力的测定对香菇粗多糖的特性进行研究.结果表明:本法香菇粗多糖提取率为8.78%;粗提物中多糖含量为64.30%,蛋白质含量18.04%.抗氧化特性研究表明香菇粗多糖具有显著的抗氧化性.

40-mesh lentinus edodes powder was got after it was dried and crushed.The powder was extracted with water of 80 ℃ and then the centrifuge was used to get extracted liquid at 3 000 r/min.The rotary evaporator was used to concentrate the liquid and then the liquid was mixed with 95% ethanol for 24 hours before it was treated again by centrifugal effect at 3 000 r/min.The precipitate was washed by absolute ethyl alcohol and ether.The crude polysaccharide of lentinus edodes was obtained after it was dried and crushed again.The polysaccharide content and protein content of the crude polysaccharide powder were analyzed and the antioxidation was also researched.The results showed that the extraction rate of the crude polysaccharide was 8.78%,and the polysaccharide content of the crude polysaccharide was 64.30% while the protein content was 18.04%.The results also showed that the crude polysaccharide of lentinus edodes had obviously antioxidative capacity.
