借助AspenPlus软件,对尿素间接醇解法生产碳酸二甲酯(Dimethyl carbonate,DMC)的工艺中萃取精馏回收甲醇和DMC精制两个过程进行了模拟计算,确定出两个精馏塔的合理工艺参数.萃取精馏塔的塔板数为23块,原料及萃取剂的进料位置分别在第16和第3块塔板,回流比为2.5,在此条件下,塔顶甲醇的质量分率为0.9997;DMC精制塔的塔板数为8块,进料位置在第4块,回流比为0.2,在此条件下,塔顶DMC和塔底碳酸丙烯酯的质量分率均为0.9968.
藉助AspenPlus軟件,對尿素間接醇解法生產碳痠二甲酯(Dimethyl carbonate,DMC)的工藝中萃取精餾迴收甲醇和DMC精製兩箇過程進行瞭模擬計算,確定齣兩箇精餾塔的閤理工藝參數.萃取精餾塔的塔闆數為23塊,原料及萃取劑的進料位置分彆在第16和第3塊塔闆,迴流比為2.5,在此條件下,塔頂甲醇的質量分率為0.9997;DMC精製塔的塔闆數為8塊,進料位置在第4塊,迴流比為0.2,在此條件下,塔頂DMC和塔底碳痠丙烯酯的質量分率均為0.9968.

With Aspen Plus software, the technique process of extration distillation to recycle methanol and DMC (dimethyl carbonate) refining, which are the important courses of the DMC manufacturing process through alcoholysis of urea, were simulated, and the preferable technological parameters were deterrnined. The plate number of the extraction column was 23, and the mole reflux ratio was 2. 5, the feed position of the extraction agent and process material was the 8th and 16th plate, respectively. Under this condition, the mass fraction of methanol of the overhead distillate was O. 999 7. The plate number of the DMC refinery column was 8, the mole reflux ratio was O. 2, and the feed position was the 4th plate. Under this condition, the mass fraction of DMC of the overhead stream and the mass fraction of PC ( propylene - carbonate) of the bottom stream were 0. 996 8.
