旅游资源极为丰富并具品味的＂大岳麓山旅游区＂是个创新性概念,它源自长沙市旅游业发展的要求和未来建设成国际大都市的呼唤。在分析大岳麓山旅游区旅游环境特征后,认为对特定区域的旅游资源分类与评价应从旅游资源单体和旅游资源区两个视角展开,通过调查问卷法、德尔菲技术等分析方法的采用,得知大岳麓山旅游区旅游资源单体品位高、优质资源比重大、文化底蕴深厚、特品级资源集中程度高以及旅游资源区等级序列为金字塔型、资源单体密集度大、自然和人文资源有机融合、拓展空间潜力大等特点。旅游资源分类与评价是开展区域旅游规划的基础性工作,在理论上能丰富旅游资源评价视角与方法体系,实践中能为本区建设为5A级景区和＂两型＂旅游示范区提供决策参考。

"Super Yuelu Mountain tourism district"is an innovative concept,its tourism resources are very richful and tasted.It derives from Changsha tourism development and future requirements of building into an international metropolis in the future.After analyzing its tourism environmental features,tourism resources about specific regions should be classified and evaluated from two aspects of tourism resource monomers and tourism resources district two aspects.Using questionaire,delphi technology and so on,we come to conclusion that tourism resource monomers are high-grade,great qualitify resources,profound culture,high concentrated degree of special grade resources and resource zone appearing Pyramid type,density resource monomers,organic integrated natural and human resources,high expanded space potential.Classification and evaluation of tourism resources is basis work of developing regional tourism planning.Theoretically,the study can enrich tourism resources evaluation perspect and method system;on the practice,it can provide the decision reference for tourism about constructing 5A scenic area and "two-type"tourism demonstration area.
